Objecta Nederland Onroerend Goed B.V. was founded in 1987. Purpose of the company is to invest in land and buildings , company investments, granting and arranging company loans and carry out activities on the capital market.

Over the years the business extented towards investmenting into industrial properties. The existing investments in various companies were dissolved and depending on the circumstances reinvested accordingly. The activities in the financial markets where reduced due to the financial crisis in 2008. Today, Objecta Nederland Onroerend Goed B.V. is mainly focussed on long-term real estate investments in order to achieve a permanent positive cash flow. These prime class properties are leased on long term conditions. The second activity is focused on the allocation of long-term loans which also generates a constant positive cash flow.
